What You'll Do

As a Client Service Representative, you will:

  • Greet Clients and Pets: Provide a warm, friendly welcome to everyone who visits our hospital.
  • Manage Appointments: Schedule appointments, check in clients, and ensure smooth workflow for the team.
  • Answer Questions: Assist clients with inquiries about services, pricing, and general pet health concerns.
  • Handle Communications: Respond to phone calls, emails, and online messages with professionalism and compassion.
  • Provide Emotional Support: Comfort pet owners during difficult times, demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • Maintain Records: Ensure that client and patient information is accurate and up-to-date in our system.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and assistants to provide seamless care.

What We’re Looking For
